Thoughts and Takeaways
- Working out with other people can be pretty enjoyable, and it helps to rely on others when motivation is low.
- I’m impressed with the courage performers show. Today, there was an audience of at least 600 students.
- Words are powerful, especially the nice ones.
- It’s amazing how much extra sunlight lifts my spirit.

- Took some of my colleagues on a ruck today. There were six of us.
