Magic School AI - My Three Favorite Features
There is a boom in AI tools. It's daunting and exciting. I figure I better start learning about artificial intelligence before I get left too far behind. The first of these tools that I've decided to learn more about is Magic School AI.

Magic School AI is a powerful tool for teachers. It uses artificial intelligence to analyze student performance and generate customized learning materials. With its user-friendly interface and detailed analytics, Magical School AI helps teachers deliver personalized instruction, track student progress, and provide timely feedback. This ultimately improves learning outcomes in the classroom.
At the time of writing this, there are over 60 AI-powered Magic School AI tools designed to help teachers save time. Here are my three favorite tools.
- YouTube Video Questions - Once you have found a video to use you can plug in your grade level, list how many questions you want generated, and select either multiple choice, free response, or true and false questions. After the questions are generated the copy feature makes it easy to paste them into documents and slideshows.
- Rubric Generator - This is pretty awesome. All you have to do is enter your grade level, standard, assignment title, assignment description, and point scale and Magic School AI will create a rubric for you in table format. You can also add notes that will prompt AI to create a more customized version of your rubric. This is a time saver.
- Academic Content Generator - This is the feature that I have the least experience with, but I can see it has great potential. Right now, artificial intelligence is only as good as the prompts that you are giving it. The AI will generate short stories, procedural text, persuasive writing, news articles, and a textbook page. These will be aligned to the information you enter. You can also add additional criteria that can personalize the content to scour content and classroom criteria.
