Keep Playing Your Game
Distractions always exist. You can only win if you keep playing your game.
My daughter competed in the first round of the soccer playoffs against their arch-rivals, the Hodags. It was a physical contest.
As the spectators' reactions seem to confirm, there appeared to be many uncalled penalties. It would have been easy for the players to get upset or retaliate.
They didn't. They just kept playing their game, and they ended up winning.

P.S. - Even though the Hodags are rivals, they have a fantastic mascot.
