Here is what I use with my students as we set up our Interactive Notebooks for the school year. We use a simple (but highly effective) composition notebook to take notes and reflect on what we're learning in class.
I have my students glue the guidelines into their interactive notebooks during the first week of school. The creation and sharing of title pages really help to build relationships at the beginning of the school year.
