A public declaration of goals for the year 2025.

This is the fourth year that I’m publicly sharing my goals.

Sharing my goals publicly and revisiting my monthly progress has helped me grow, learn, and move closer to achieving my goals. 

I recommend it.

Here are my goals for 2025.

  • Intermittent fasting a minimum of four days per week.
  • Minimize bad carbohydrates.
  • Weigh under 200 pounds.
  • 680 exercise minutes per month.
  • Ruck at least two days per week.
  • Meditate a minimum of three days per week.
  • Complete and document at least two thirty-day challenges.
  • Publish three podcasts per month.
  • Publish at least four YouTube videos per month.
  • Complete the first part of the STRONG Teacher School Course and offer it to others.
  • Send out my newsletter each Friday.
  • Document at least one classroom improvement per month and share it with others.
  • Reflect monthly and share my progress. I tapered off with this part at the end of this last year.
