Quote

“If you ask what is the single most important key to longevity, I would have to say it is avoiding worry, stress and tension. And if you didn’t ask me, I’d still have to say it.” – George Burns

Resource

We all experience stress. How we handle it is key to our health.

Try These

  1. Practice "Stress Reframing" - Instead of viewing stress as harmful, try to see it as your body preparing you for a challenge. This mindset shift can actually improve your physical stress response.
  2. Use the "54321 Grounding Technique." Name five things you can see, four things you can touch, three things you can hear, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. This helps bring you back to the present moment.
  3. Try "Movement Medicine" - Even simple movements like stretching or walking can help release tension. The key is to move in ways that feel good to you rather than forcing structured exercise.

Now Repeat…

I embrace challenges with calm strength. Each breath brings me closer to peace, and each step forward is a success.
