I just feel compelled to do it. I am not sure why. I read a few books. I'm 47. Maybe I'm feeling reflective. I just feel like sending words out into the universe. Within the last few weeks I started this site, starting keeping a journal (thank you Day One) and started thinking about the benefits of building a writing habit. Here are a few things I read recently on the topic of blogging/writing regularly.
For years, I’ve been explaining to people that daily blogging is an extraordinarily useful habit. Even if no one reads your blog, the act of writing it is clarifying, motivating and (eventually) fun. - Seth Godin

Tonight I will start reading Storyworthy: Engage, Teach, Persuade, and Change Your Life through the Power of Storytelling* because I am interested in learning about homework for life.
